Privacy Policy
This website introduces an independent life-insurance sales opportunity and provides a private study portal for invited recruits.
What we collect. If you request portal access or are invited, we collect your name, email, and phone number. Signed-in recruits also generate study data: lesson completion, flashcard ratings, quiz and practice-exam attempts, question responses, bookmarks, notes, exam dates, roadmap progress, and issue reports.
Where it lives. Account and progress data are stored with Supabase (our authentication and database provider). Public pages set no tracking cookies; the portal uses browser storage for session and in-progress exam recovery.
Who can see it. Your progress may be visible to authorized team administrators for coaching and licensing support. Recruits cannot see other recruits' data — this is enforced by database row-level security. We do not sell personal information.
Retention & deletion. Data is kept while your account is active. You can request account and data deletion at any time (see Contact below).
Terms of Use
The public site is provided for information; the recruit portal is for invited users only and access may be disabled at any time.
You agree not to share portal credentials, redistribute study content, or misrepresent the materials as official examination content.
Calculators and scenarios are hypothetical illustrations, not predictions, offers, or income guarantees.
Links to third-party services (XCEL, Pearson VUE, NIPR, the Illinois Department of Insurance, Supabase) are governed by those parties' own terms. Fee and rule information is provided in good faith with a "last verified" date — always confirm current fees and rules with the official source before scheduling or paying.
The site is provided "as is" without warranties; to the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid to use this site ($0).
Educational Disclaimer
The Study Center supplements approved Illinois prelicensing education. It does not replace XCEL or any other state-approved prelicensing provider, and completing it satisfies no state education requirement.
All practice questions are original study material. They are not actual Pearson VUE examination questions and do not reproduce any live exam content.
Passing is not guaranteed. The official passing score is 70 on Pearson's 0–100 reporting scale. Our suggested 80%+ practice goal is a readiness recommendation only.
Licensing facts (fees, waiting periods, score reporting, CE rules) can change; verify against the current Pearson Illinois candidate handbook and the Illinois Department of Insurance.
Independent Contractor Disclosure
The opportunity described on this site is an independent-contractor business opportunity, not salaried or hourly employment. No employer-employee relationship is created.
Compensation is commission-based and paid by insurance carriers under each agent's individual contracts. Compensation, bonuses, and results are not guaranteed and vary with production, placement, persistency, expenses, chargebacks, taxes, and market conditions.
Agents are responsible for their own licensing, expenses, taxes, and business activity. References to Family First Life describe an insurance marketing organization agents may affiliate with; this site is not carrier or IMO corporate advertising.
